# Head of Growth / E-commerce Growth Manager

  • The company currently processes approximately 300–350 orders per day across multiple sales channels and has built a strong reputation within the industry.

  • Historically, a large portion of our sales has come through major marketplaces such as Digikala, Technolife and Snapp Shop. Our primary strategic focus is now the growth and expansion of our independent online store.

  • To support this initiative, we are looking for an experienced Growth Leader who can help build and scale a serious e-commerce growth engine.

  • • Full Stack Developer

  • • SEO & Content Specialists

  • The selected candidate will work directly with this team while having the opportunity to further develop and expand the team when required.

  • ## Key Responsibilities

  • • Define and execute the overall growth strategy

  • • Scale customer acquisition channels

  • • Lead SEO, Content, CRM and Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives

  • • Manage digital marketing campaigns and performance budgets

  • • Improve website conversion and customer retention

  • • Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities

  • • Build processes, reporting systems and scalable workflows

  • • Work closely with technical and creative teams

  • • Recruit, structure and manage growth-related team members when needed

  • • Define KPIs and drive measurable business results

  • • Work directly with company leadership

  • • Proven experience in e-commerce growth or digital marketing leadership

  • • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, CRM and Performance Marketing

  • • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and related tools

  • • Ability to build teams, processes and scalable growth systems
