● Identify target markets and the best ways to reach them. ● Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors ● Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely ● Plan to achieve the goals of the marketing team. ● Identifying and driving end to end process improvements with a focus on data validation and governance to increase speed to market and increase capacity. ● Plan and implement marketing campaigns according to the brand strategy. ● Plan to produce content according to brand touch points. ● Managing the performance and development of the allocated team.
Requirements and skills ● At least 5 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising or managing others. ● Experience working in a medium to large organization. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or other related fields. ● Excellent relationship management, collaboration and influence management skills. ● Strong verbal and written communication. ● Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change. ● Solutions-oriented. ● Operational mindset - Process-oriented with ability and passion for getting into the details when needed. ● Proven track record of driving results.
