شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech industry. As a Product Manager at Zibal, you will play a key role in driving product innovation and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Visionary Leadership:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Zibal’s mission and business goals.
- Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to capitalize on these opportunities.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve Zibal’s products and services.
- Prioritize user experience and ensure our offerings meet the needs of our clients.
Innovative Thinking:
- Brainstorm and propose new features or services that could benefit Zibal’s clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into product development.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics to inform product strategies and optimize performance.
- Monitor key metrics and KPIs to ensure product success and make informed decisions.
Collaborative Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to bring products to life.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to achieve product goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in the product area.
Experience in the fintech or payment processing industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
