SEO and WordPress Developer & Google Ads Expert

About Us: At our company, we are committed to offering unparalleled services/products to our clientele. As we look to enhance our digital footprint, we're in pursuit of a seasoned SEO and WordPress Developer and expert who can elevate our digital visibility and craft an exceptional online experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

1. WordPress Development & Customization:

Design, develop, and optimize our WordPress website.
Customize website layout and functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement and modify WordPress themes to ensure cohesive branding and desired functionalities.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for the website's features and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues, ensuring an optimized user experience.

2. Mobile Optimization:

Design and develop mobile-friendly pages, ensuring a seamless browsing experience across various devices.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Strategize and implement a comprehensive On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and gray hat SEO approach, balancing effectiveness with ethical considerations.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content creation and optimization.
Utilize industry-standard tools like GTMetrix, Semrush, and MOZ to evaluate website performance and SEO strategies.

4. Digital Tools Proficiency:

Monitor and analyze website metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other Google tools.
Recommend and implement strategies to enhance website performance and search engine ranking.

5. Google ads:

Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Develop compelling ad copy and creatives that align with our brand and objectives.
Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and ROI.
A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
Perform audience targeting and segmentation to reach the right audience.
Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Google Ads best practices.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in WordPress development and SEO.
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Extensive experience with Gray hat SEO techniques and best practices.
5. Familiarity with digital tools such as GTMetrix, Semrush, and MOZ.
6. Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
7. Proven experience in developing mobile-friendly web pages.
8. Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.
9. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
