Job Description:

Zarvan is a dynamic fintech startup, and we’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong Node.js, Express and Nest skills to join our team. If you're passionate about startup culture, thrive in an agile environment, and love working on creative projects, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Nest to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Design and manage efficient database architectures, primarily with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, to handle large volumes of financial and transactional data.
Implement RESTful APIs and WebSocket services to support seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.
Manage application deployment and maintain services on cloud platforms.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in backend development, specifically with Node.js and Express.
Familiarity with the fintech industry and experience in financial services.
Expertise in databases, especially PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
Familiarity with caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis) and optimization techniques.
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, suited to a team-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience in the fintech or financial technology sector.
