شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Analyst to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for defining, implementing, administering, and maintaining our ITSM processes and solutions. This includes monitoring, analyzing, proposing remediation, and reporting (KPIs/KRIs) on IT service delivery. The candidate will work closely with the IT Service Desk, and business stakeholders to ensure that IT services are delivered and reported on efficiently and will report to IT service manager.

Maintain ITSM processes and solutions in line with industry best practices.
Monitor, analyze, and propose remediation for common issues and requests to ensure service level agreements are met.
Develop and maintain ITSM policies, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct regular reviews of processes and tools to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Implement KPI/KRI reporting that can be consumed by IT and business leaders through the use of dashboards or published reports.
Assist in the administration, design, and development of our Jira Service Management.
Establish, review, and enforce escalations to meet SLAs in consultation.
Build, maintain, and improve change management and quality assurance practices across supported platforms.
Review, plan, and communicate upcoming changes that impact the service and operational side of IT.
Create and facilitate requirement conversations pertaining to the development of new workflows, service items, and reporting needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, identifying integration points and infrastructure dependencies.
Identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed, especially in situations relating to future business expansion.
Work with IT and vendors to manage incidents/problems across covered platforms as needed.
Lead in ensuring continuity of daily operations and system stability for ITSM platforms.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.With the focus on Managing the SACM processes including the life cycle of IT assets including hardware, software, intellectual property, licenses, and warranties to improve investment decisions and take advantage of opportunities.
To manage and evaluate the asset documentation using organizational tools.
To perform routine physical hardware audits to verify data integrity.

گروه «زرین رویا» در سال 1368 در ابتدا با شرکت صنایع زرین در حوزه تولید ظروف پلاستیکی تغذیه کودکان و سایر ملزومات بهداشتی و پلاستیکی فعالیت خود را در شهر صنعتی کاوه واقع در شهر ساوه آغاز نمود. با گذشت زمان و در راستای تامین نیازهای مشتریان در سال 1379 فعالیت خود را با تولید محصولات سلولزی و در ابتدا با تولید پوشک بچه، با نام تجاری «مای بیبی» گسترش داد. در سال 1380، درک انتظارات و نیازهای بازار، «گروه زرین رویا» را به تولید پدهای بهداشتی بانوان سوق داد، برند «مای لیدی» باکیفیت بالای خود به زودی به جمع برندهای معتبر کشور پیوست. گروه «زرین رویا» در ادامه فعالیت هایش در سال 1388 برای تکمیل سبد محصولات بهداشتی گروه های مختلف سنی، این بار با تولید پوشینه بزرگسال گام بلندی برای تأمین نیازهای مشتریان خود برداشت. تا امروز «ایزی لایف» بزرگ ترین تولیدکننده پوشینه بزرگسال در کشور است که بیشترین سهم بازار را به خود اختصاص داده است. در سال 1396 به منظور پوشش دادن تمام اقشار جامعه و پاسخگویی به نیازهای تمام مردم ایران در زمینه پوشک بچه برند اقتصادی «کوکومی» را خلق کرد. همچنین در سال 1399 با همین رویکرد، پدهای بهداشتی جدید بانوان را با برند «گود مود» روانه بازار کرد تا مصرف کنندگان جوان با توجه به نیازهایشان، دامنه انتخاب گسترده تری داشته باشند. این گروه تاکنون محصولات خود را به کشورهای همسایه صادر نموده است و در حال توسعه گستره صادرات خود به کشورهای دیگر است.
