شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an Operations Performance Specialist to join the Zap regional Operations team.

Your mission:

You will execute on regional initiatives to strengthen the operations performance (fail rate, delays, offline time etc.) for our delivery operations service
You must monitor and analyze the operations performance in proactively highlight areas for improvement
You provide management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations
You work across the local teams to continuously improve current processes, product setups and ways of working to enhance the delivery operations
You coordinate and manage the roll-out of new products and features aiming at improving the service quality as well as efficiency
You will analyze performance data and provide reports to senior managers and executives
You will review and evaluate work processes and identify weaknesses and strengths
You will provide solutions to improve performance and reduce costs
You will cooperate with different teams of the organization to improve the processes and overall performance of the organization
You should provide innovative ideas to improve performance and reduce costs

skills:

You gained at least 1-2 years of professional experience in high growth start-ups, tech companies, management consultancy and other dynamic role
You possess a hands-on mentality and logical thinking skills
You are a high performer capable of creating impact through data driven decisions
You have a solid understanding and experience of SQL and data visualization
You are highly motivated and communicative, independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges in a fast-paced environment
You are highly curious and happy to question the status quo
