شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with expertise in
research, testing, UX design, UI design, and a strong business acumen to join
our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience
of our products, from conceptualization to execution. You will collaborate
closely with cross-functional teams to conduct research, iterate on designs,
and ensure that our products not only meet user needs but also align with our
business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Translate research findings into actionable design solutions that address user
needs and business goals, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively
communicate design concepts and interactions.
3. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and
validate design decisions.
4. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to
prioritize features and deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.
5. Maintain a holistic view of the product ecosystem and contribute to the
development of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across
all touchpoints.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
related to product design, UX/UI, and business strategy.
7. Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of
design in driving business success.
Requirements:
1. Experience working in logistics companies is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong
portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and
business impact.

3. Deep knowledge of user research methodologies, usability principles, and UX
design best practices.
4. Strong UI design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and visual
hierarchy.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively
convey design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.
6. Experience working in an agile environment and adapting design processes to
fit project requirements and constraints.
7. Business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the relationship
between design decisions and business outcomes
