Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system that encompasses components, patterns, and guidelines for consistent design implementation.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to UI design and design systems.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design components and adherence to design system guidelines.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of design consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Proven experience +4 years working as a UI Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design system development and implementation.
Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their implications on UI design and implementation.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
