Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system that encompasses components, patterns, and guidelines for consistent design implementation.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to UI design and design systems.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design components and adherence to design system guidelines.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of design consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience +4 years working as a UI Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design system development and implementation.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their implications on UI design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
