We are actively seeking "Associate Product Managers" if you are interested in consulting on tight-knit, data-driven teams using modern practices of Lean Product Management, Agile methodologies, and experimentation.

Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Reports To: PM / CPO, as needed

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Tehran / On-Site

Job Summary:

As an Associate Product Manager at ZAP you will play a critical role in the execution of product priorities that support the roadmap and company’s strategic business goals. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Agile methodologies and with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, and Developer teams. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with using data to inform product decision-making.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support efforts to gather feedback, analyze data, and other objective metrics to inform product backlog, features, and priorities
Gather business requirements
Manage backlog prioritization alongside technology, product and other teams.
Function as scrum master, as needed
Partner with cross-functional teams to support capacity and release planning
Report on project status to cross-functional team members, as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

A minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience
Familiarity with Agile principles, approaches and techniques
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and/or other Agile management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time-management skills with ability to meet and manage deadlines
Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple projects/deadlines
Entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable exploring technical concepts with both technical and non-technical team members
Ability to influence without direct authority
