Graphic Designer for Social Media

Position: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

● Image Creation: Design high-quality, engaging image content tailored for Instagram, including vector graphics, infographics, and animations.

● Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative image concepts and storyboards that align with List Learner’s brand and objectives.

● Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and informative graphics that enhance our social media content and make it more engaging.

● Infographic Design: Develop infographics that break down complex topics into easily digestible visuals.

● Animation: Create short animations and GIFs to add dynamic elements to our social media posts.

● Content Optimization: Adapt graphic content to fit different social media formats and requirements, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.

● Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, graphic design, and digital marketing to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

● Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

● Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on all graphic content before publication to maintain high standards.

● Analytics and Feedback: Analyze graphic performance metrics and implement feedback to continuously improve content quality and engagement.

Technical Skills and Tools:

● Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

● Experience with animation software such as Adobe After Effects or similar.

● Knowledge of vector graphic creation and manipulation.

● Familiarity with design tools like Canva for creating quick and engaging social media graphics.

● Understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

● Ability to create engaging and visually appealing Instagram posts, stories, and highlights.

● Experience with creating thumbnails and covers for social media platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio of social media content.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, and what makes content engaging and shareable.

● Excellent visual storytelling skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with 3D design and animation software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.

● Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing.

● Experience with creating graphics for educational or tech-based platforms.

● Ability to create interactive and immersive graphic experiences.
