Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

● UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for iOS, Android, and web applications using Figma.

● User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

● Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.

● Design Systems: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all platforms.

● Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.

● User-Centered Design: Advocate for the user, ensuring that the final product is intuitive, easy to use, and meets user needs.

● Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.

● Accessibility: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.

● Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our product at the forefront of design innovation.

Technical Skills and Tools:

● Proficiency in Figma for designing user interfaces and creating prototypes.

● Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

● Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

● Familiarity with mobile design patterns and guidelines for both iOS and Android platforms.

● Understanding of responsive design and designing for web applications.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a portfolio of mobile application designs.

● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

● Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

● Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience designing educational or tech-based platforms.

● Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.

● Understanding of gamification and its application in design.

● Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
