Social Media Manager

Position: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at growing our social media following to over 1 million users.
Content Planning: Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from brainstorming and conceptualization to scheduling and publishing.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with video designers, graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure consistent and timely delivery of high-quality content.
Community Engagement: Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a strong and interactive online presence.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including paid ads, influencer partnerships, and organic growth initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategies.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and our niche to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and quality checks on all social media content to maintain high standards and brand consistency.
Audience Insights: Gather insights on audience preferences and behaviors to tailor content and engagement strategies effectively.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, growth, and key metrics to the management team.

Technical Skills and Tools:

Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics.
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Familiarity with video editing software and processes.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of growing social media followings significantly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with educational or tech-based platforms.
Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing.
Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
Ability to create interactive and immersive social media experiences.
