Job Description

· Troubleshoot, analyze, and diagnose problems.

· Communicate with customers to identify needs.

· Monitor network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.

· Monitor services visibility to determine if adjustments must be made.

· Monitor the application's performance visibility to determine if adjustments need to be made.

· Responsible for accurate requests and updates of event tickets in a timely manner.

· Communicate throughout the incident ticket lifecycle.

Requirements

Proper knowledge of routing and switching equipment, PTP Radio, Firewalls, WAF, Load Balancer, etc.
Familiarity with monitoring software such as Prometheus, Zabbix, OpManager, AppDynamics, Service Desk, etc.
Experience with all aspects of networking including IP, TCP, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Proficient in CCNA.
Proficient in virtualization.
Familiar with the concept of an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
At least 3 years of working experience in NOC.

Permanent exemption or termination of military service.
Maximum age: 35 years old.
