Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to own and lead the development

and maintenance of our website and marketing tooling automation. In this role, you will be responsible

for enhancing our online presence and automating marketing processes to drive engagement and

growth. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create a seamless and effective

digital experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, maintain, and enhance Yoello.AI’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually

appealing, and aligned with our brand.Ensure the website(s) are responsive and optimised for

performance and user experience across different devices and browsers.

● Design and implement marketing automation tools to streamline and optimise our marketing

efforts. (for example: Creating components to support / help automate Customer Self Service

sign-up and integrated usage based billing, 3rd party Ticketing + CRM integrations such as

Hubspot & JIRA), Tools such as ROI calculators to make the website 'sticky'/attractive to new

customers).

● Utilise the AI Automation platform (based on N8N and OpenAI) to automate various repetitive

tasks.

● Support campaigns and business as usual activities according to the priorities set by the

Business Development Manager (BDM), including integrated and automated email

campaigns, lead generation forms, and other marketing activities.

● Implement and manage tools for analytics (e.g. google analytics for tracking website page

visits) and optimise the website for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic.

● Create and maintain front-end interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or

Vue.js.

● Develop robust back-end solutions using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby

● Ensure the website and marketing tools are scalable, secure, and optimised for performance.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

● Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.

● Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and marketing

automation.

● Assist the Head of Customer Success in managing ongoing customer relations through

tooling and UX improvements.

● Contribute to the extension and support of our core products as needed.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

● Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a focus on website

development and marketing automation.

● Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks

(React, Angular, Vue.js).

● Expertise in back-end development with experience in Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar

languages.

● Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).

● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

● Familiarity with Webflow, figma, lottie as well as animation design and interactive design.

● Familiarity with Google Analytics.

● Understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo,

Mailchimp).

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Experience with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
