Position Overview: 

Are you passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact in the tech industry? As a Product Analyst at FlyTask, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of AI-driven workflows. You will be part of our dynamic AI Workflows team, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop and enhance cutting-edge workflows that revolutionise business processes. Your insights and expertise will directly influence our product development, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition and meet the evolving needs of the market. This is your chance to be a key player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Jira User Stories and Tasks: Write comprehensive Jira user stories for potential workflows to be added to the backlog. Create new Jira tasks for innovative workflow ideas.

●       Competitor Research: Conduct thorough research into competitor products to identify potential workflows that can be integrated into our system. Provide actionable insights based on the research findings.

●       Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with stakeholders, to ensure that each use case and user story aligns with market needs. Regularly communicate findings and recommendations.

●       Use Case Clarification: Assist the team in understanding the specific use cases of each workflow. Provide clear and concise explanations to ensure effective implementation and adoption.

●       Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of research findings, workflow specifications, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and accessibility for the entire team.

●       Quality Assurance: Review and validate workflows to ensure they meet FlyTask's high standards of quality and functionality.

●       Product Owner Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner to evaluate the suitability of current systems for building market-needed AI workflows. Identify and communicate system flaws to facilitate improvements.

Requirements:

●       Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience and skills will be highly valued.

●       Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Product Analyst role or a similar position.

●       Proficiency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate must be able to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

●       Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.

●       Analytical Skills: Ability to perform detailed research and analysis of competitor products. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

●       Jira Proficiency: Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is highly desirable.

●       Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Must be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

●       Experience in RPA and Generative AI: Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation and the use of Generative AI in task automation.

●       Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of market needs and trends, particularly in the AI and technology sectors.

●       Technical Background: Experience in a technical role, such as software development or system analysis, to better understand the intricacies of AI workflows.
