At Melli Gold, we’re redefining how people buy and sell gold online — and we believe every great brand needs a great storyteller. We’re looking for a creative and thoughtful Social Media Specialist who can connect with our audience, spark conversations, and turn our mission into a relatable online presence

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media content strategy aligned with business goals
Manage content calendar and post across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and deliver weekly/monthly reports
Collaborate with designers on creative content ideas
Track trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for organic growth
Plan, coordinate, and execute paid social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations, cross-page promotions, and platform-based ads
Leverage AI tools for content planning, automation, analytics, and engagement (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, FeedHive, etc.)

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing
In-depth understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and trends
Ability to design and execute targeted social media campaigns
Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management platforms
Analytical mindset with experience using behavioral data for optimization
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance content creation and performance
