شرح موقعیت شغلی

Melligold is seeking a Senior Product Designer who can translate deep user needs and business goals into high-quality, scalable, and testable digital experiences. This role is a blend of User Research, Design System management, Product Thinking, and rapid delivery. The selected candidate will play a key role in transforming product strategy into tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Execute User Research (Qualitative & Quantitative):
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and user behavior analysis.
  • Extract actionable insights for the product team.
  • Design System Development and Maintenance:
  • Ensure consistency of the user experience across the entire product.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team for proper implementation.
  • End-to-End User Experience Design:
  • Create User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Define and Execute Testing Pathways:
  • Define and implement Test Scenarios & Hypotheses before or during development (e.g., MVP design, A/B Testing, and validation tracks).
  • Close Collaboration with Product Manager:
  • Translate business and product requirements into digital solutions.
  • Prioritize features from a user experience perspective.
  • Fast and High-Quality Delivery:
  • Manage time and output effectively within sprints.
  • Optimize the design process to increase speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Engage effectively with technical, data, and business teams.
Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience at a Senior level in digital product design.
  • Core Expertise: Practical and deep experience in User Research, Usability Testing, and the design/development of a Design System.
  • Design Approach: Ability to practice Hypothesis-driven design.
  • Product Acumen: Strong understanding of Product Thinking and Business Alignment.
  • Data Fluency: Ability to justify design decisions based on data, research, and business objectives.
  • Pace & Precision: High speed of execution combined with accuracy and quality.
  • Tool Mastery: Full proficiency in design tools and user research tools.
  • FinTech Specialization (A Plus): Practical and proven experience designing products in the FinTech or digital financial services domain is a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication skills, and proven teamwork ability.
