About Melli Gold:

Melli Gold is a fintech startup operating at the intersection of the gold market and financial technology. We design and develop an intelligent and secure infrastructure for sourcing, trading, and managing gold flows in Iran

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly analytical, high-agency Senior Strategy Analyst who can take ambiguous strategic problems, own them end-to-end, and drive them to clear outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, relentlessly resourceful, comfortable with autonomy, and eager to grow fast.
Years of experience are not a requirement. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong quantitative ability, judgment, and learning velocity are welcome to apply.

What You’ll Do:

Own competitor research, market analysis, and local/global benchmarking.
Analyze business models, market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
Conduct market sizing, opportunity assessment, and business case development.
Turn incomplete or ambiguous information into clear hypotheses, insights, and recommendations.
Support company strategy, strategic priorities, and high-impact initiatives.
Help define and track OKRs and strategic KPIs.
Monitor progress, identify gaps and dependencies, and support quarterly business reviews.
Build decision-ready strategy decks for senior stakeholders.
Take delegated strategic problems and run with them independently, from framing to final recommendation.
