As a tech load working on Sparkworld infrastructure, you’ll collaborate with the company’s Stakeholders and PMs to develop and build scalable, secure, and reliable software that will be responsible for an important part of the contracts logic. You will be given a progressive level of autonomy/ownership over the project and flows, the opportunity to expand your scope of knowledge, and the chance to help build the decentralized infrastructure of the future.

- Helping the team with their technical issue and enhancing the organization of the team and improving the communication to utilize the best performance out of the team
- Thinking creatively about attacks, possible failures, and disaster scenarios, modeling them in reproducible test environments, and developing fixes
- Capable of handling a startup fast pace and staying on top of things
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development
- 3+ years of Full-stack experience with Golang experience included as backend
- 1+ year of experience in Blockchain development is plus
- Experience leading team Strong communication skills and a team player
- B.S. or higher in computer science, software engineering or related technical field
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
