XFinance Holding is a multi-brand financial group operating across brokerage and digital financial services. As our product ecosystem continues to expand, we are strengthening our product execution layer to create greater alignment between business priorities, technical delivery, and user experience.

We are looking for a Product Supervisor who can oversee day-to-day product execution while helping build a more scalable and structured product workflow across the organization. This role combines hands-on delivery ownership with team coordination, ensuring that ideas move efficiently from planning through release.

You will:
• Manage backlog structure, prioritization, and sprint coordination within Jira
• Convert business needs into clear product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate closely with Design, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams
• Maintain release readiness across testing, documentation, and deployment checkpoints
• Ensure consistency across product flows and customer-facing experiences
• Track dependencies, remove execution bottlenecks, and improve delivery visibility
• Support leadership with clear reporting on progress, risks, and priorities
• Help establish stronger product governance and delivery standards across teams

Must have:
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Ownership
• Strong experience with Jira and structured backlog management
• Ability to write concise product documents for technical teams
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-moving environment

Nice to have:
• Previous experience in FinTech, trading, or financial platforms
• Exposure to product analytics and KPI tracking
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as Affine, Penpot, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting design systems or release governance processes
• Understanding of compliance-driven product environments
