Context:
iX Broker is expanding its global digital presence across trading and financial audiences. As competitors continue investing heavily in content, social growth, and community acquisition, we are building a more structured and performance-driven social media operation focused on brand visibility, lead generation, and IB acquisition.

Mission

We are looking for a senior-level Head of Social Media to lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of iX Broker’s multi-platform social presence.

This is not a basic content management role.
The ideal candidate must be capable of:

Building social media operations from the ground up
Managing content strategy across multiple channels
Hiring and leading a scalable content team
Driving measurable audience, engagement, and acquisition growth

You will:

• Lead social media strategy across multiple global platforms and channels
• Build structured content calendars and platform-specific content strategies
• Supervise and scale social operations including creators, editors, designers, and community managers
• Coordinate educational, market, product, and brand-focused content initiatives
• Drive audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and IB acquisition
• Manage influencer collaborations and strategic social partnerships
• Monitor analytics, engagement, and campaign performance across channels
• Ensure content consistency, brand positioning, and execution quality
• Oversee community interaction standards and platform reputation
• Ensure all financial content complies with FCA promotion standards and internal compliance policies

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management
• 1+ year of team leadership or content team management experience
• Previous experience in Forex, Crypto, FinTech, Brokerage, or Trading industries
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with financial compliance principles and risk communication
• Strong understanding of social algorithms, audience growth, and engagement strategy
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:

Meta Business Suite
Telegram Channel Management
YouTube Studio
Canva / Figma
Buffer / Hootsuite
Strong content planning and execution mindset

Nice to have:

• Existing network with trading or crypto influencers
• Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta / Google / TikTok)
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and A/B testing
• Basic video editing capabilities
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and automation
