Context

XFinance is expanding its global financial infrastructure by building a next-generation Crypto Payment Gateway that enables secure, scalable, and compliant digital asset transactions across international markets.

As part of this strategic initiative, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our Crypto Payment Gateway, collaborating with engineering, product, security, compliance, and external technology partners to deliver a world-class payment solution.

  • Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent 
  • Required availability: Overlap with business hours in Iran/European time zones 

Mission

We are looking for a highly execution-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of XFinance's Crypto Payment Gateway.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex FinTech or crypto infrastructure projects, understands blockchain payment ecosystems, and can coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You will

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Crypto Payment Gateway project
  • Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage integrations with blockchain networks, custodial and non-custodial wallets, liquidity providers, payment infrastructure, and third-party APIs
  • Work closely with Compliance teams to ensure AML, KYC, regulatory, and security requirements are fully addressed
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies
  • Manage vendor selection, commercial negotiations, contracts, and external technology partnerships
  • Track project KPIs, delivery milestones, quality standards, and executive reporting
  • Ensure successful product launches while maintaining scalability, security, and operational reliability
  • Drive continuous process improvements and delivery excellence across the project

Must have

  • Proven experience managing Crypto, FinTech, Digital Wallet, Payment Gateway, or Blockchain infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency payment flows, blockchain infrastructure, and wallet ecosystems
  • Experience working with payment APIs, financial systems, and third-party integrations
  • Solid understanding of AML, KYC, compliance, and financial regulations
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development teams
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Experience negotiating with technology vendors, infrastructure providers, and strategic partners
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications
  • Experience launching Crypto Payment Gateways or Exchange infrastructure
  • Technical understanding of blockchain architecture, custody solutions, and payment security
  • Experience working with international FinTech or Web3 organizations
  • Software engineering or technical architecture background
  • Experience leading distributed remote teams
