Context

XFinance is building a comprehensive Multi-Asset Payment Platform that enables seamless deposits, withdrawals, and payment services across Fiat currencies, USD transactions, Gold-backed assets, and Cryptocurrencies.

This strategic initiative aims to deliver a secure, scalable, and globally connected payment ecosystem inspired by leading international payment platforms, supporting both retail and institutional clients.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of this mission-critical platform.

  • Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent 
  • Required availability: Overlap with business hours in Iran/European time zones 

Mission

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of XFinance's Multi-Asset PSP platform.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing payment infrastructure projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering complex financial products while balancing technical execution, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.

You will

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the Multi-Asset PSP platform
  • Define project roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, priorities, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate Engineering, Product, Finance, Compliance, Security, QA, Operations, and Business teams
  • Manage integrations with banking partners, payment processors, PSP providers, financial institutions, liquidity providers, and external vendors
  • Oversee implementation of Fiat, USD, Gold, and Crypto deposit and withdrawal workflows
  • Coordinate settlement, reconciliation, payment processing, transaction monitoring, and operational workflows
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, AML, KYC, and payment industry standards
  • Lead vendor evaluation, commercial negotiations, contracts, and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor project KPIs, delivery performance, project risks, and executive reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement across project execution, operational efficiency, and customer experience

Must have

  • Proven experience managing PSP, Banking, FinTech, Payment Infrastructure, or Financial Services projects
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, transaction lifecycle, and financial operations
  • Experience integrating banking systems, PSPs, payment gateways, and financial APIs
  • Familiarity with AML, KYC, compliance, and financial regulatory frameworks
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing Agile software development projects
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Experience negotiating with banks, payment providers, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Iranian or regional PSP providers
  • Experience within Forex, Brokerage, Crypto Exchange, Digital Banking, or FinTech companies
  • Understanding of Gold-backed financial products and multi-asset payment ecosystems
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications
  • Technical understanding of financial systems architecture and payment infrastructure
  • Experience leading international remote teams
