شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to redesign our legacy applications and design the new ones. The candidate should be able to do research, analyze, and make reasonable decisions based on trade-offs and best practices.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct user research, usability tests, and data analysis to improve UX.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance usability.
  • Develop user personas and customer journey maps.
  • Ensure visual consistency and adherence to design systems.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
  • Optimize UI/UX based on user feedback and analytics
  • Document findings and share UX insights with stakeholders.
Requirements:


  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles and interaction design.
  • Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Etc.
  • Understanding of information architecture and data-driven design.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
  • Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
