شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a Front-End Web Developer to fill the specialized role of Experiment Engineer. An Experiment Engineer manufactures HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to run on top of client websites that alters the experience of the site in an effort to improve the conversion rates of key performance metrics. They are comfortable working across a variety of different front-end frameworks and libraries. They must also be comfortable working to validate concepts by choosing the cheapest route to MVP versus over-engineering any particular task.

Required Qualifications for Front End Developer:

Understanding of UI/UX design principles
Experience in writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a professional environment
Have the knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as React and React Native
Familiar with REST APIs
Deep knowledge of creating responsive websites
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe illustrator
Understanding of SEO principles
Critical thinking and good problem-solving skills
Familiar with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Knowledge of image authoring tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks
Development experience in iOS and Android
An agile, customer-oriented mindset

What you will be doing:

Implement web front-end with JavaScript/HTML/CSS
Work independently and write clean, reusable and testable code and libraries
Enhance application for maximum speed and scalability
Validate input before submitting to back end
Work and communicate efficiently with designers, product managers, developers and QA
Work in a Scrum team and turn mockups and user stories into production-ready code efficiently and on time
Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation
Translate UI/UX design wire frames to actual code
Build high traffic user interfaces with JavaScript and React/React Native
Helping the Design and User Experience to provide outstanding media
Maintaining up-to-date documentation of design solutions
Updates internal documentation to help ensure site caveats
Review the back-end API base on the UI design plan
Build the libraries necessary for the implementation

Qualifications That Are a Plus:

Experience working fully remotely
Knowledge of User Experience concepts
Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop
Knowledge of Agile concepts
Agency experience
Experience creating REST APIs in Python
Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker

Salary & benefits:

Salary starts from 11,000,000 Toman/month
Working remotely
