About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to join our product team and craft high-impact, user-centric digital experiences. You will own the design journey end-to-end, from deep user research and complex system architecture to pixel-perfect UI, interactive micro-animations, and AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design Leadership: Lead end-to-end product design across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and spatial/emerging interfaces.
Modern Design Systems: Build, scale, and maintain tokens, component libraries, and interactive design systems (using Figma Varia-lbles, auto-layout, and smart components).
AI-Integrated UX: Conceptualize and design intuitive patterns for AI-native features, modern copilot experiences, generative UX, and contextual automation.
Global Product Scaling: Craft accessible, localization-ready interfaces (RTL/LTR, multi-region compliance, WCAG 2.2 AA standards) suited for international audiences.
Prototyping & Motion: Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes with expressive micro-interactions and motion design to demonstrate complex user flows.
Data-Informed Strategy: Conduct qualitative user testing, leverage product analytics (Hotjar, Amplitude, Mixpanel), and iterate based on quantitative metrics and product KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 4+ years as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role with a proven portfolio of international/global digital products.
Design Stack Mastery: Advanced mastery of Figma (Variables, Component Properties, Advanced Auto-Layout, Prototyping) and modern visual tools (Spline, Framer, Principle, or Rive).
Next-Gen UX Literacy: Experience designing for AI-driven interfaces, prompt-based interactions, or modern multimodal workflows.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Strong track record working closely with engineers (translating UI to React/Flutter/Go-backed APIs) and product managers using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Accessibility & Usability: Deep knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2), modern typography, spatial hierarchy, and visual design fundamentals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for presenting concepts, leading design critiques, and documenting specs.

Bonus Points

Hands-on experience with 3D UI elements (Spline/Three.js) or interactive vector animations (Rive/Lottie).
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, Design Tokens, CSS Variables).
