In this role, you will take full ownership of the technical product roadmap. You will act as the vital bridge between marketing strategy and core software engineering. Your ultimate goal is to break down intricate marketing funnels, growth tactics, and user behaviors into structured, actionable technical requirements (PRDs) for our engineering, data, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Ownership: Define and drive the product roadmap from conceptualization, discovery, and technical scoping through to deployment and continuous iteration.
Translate Marketing to Architecture: Leverage your deep marketing domain knowledge to design product features that intuitively automate complex workflows (e.g., advanced segmentation, multi-channel campaign orchestration, and attribution modeling).
Technical Collaboration: Partner daily with backend, data, and platform engineers to architect scalable solutions, manage the product backlog, and lead agile sprints.
Define Quality & Guardrails: Establish strict product benchmarks to ensure that automated workflows and system outputs consistently meet high-tier marketing standards.
Data-Driven Guardrails: Define, monitor, and optimize core Product Metrics and align them closely with overall business strategic goals (OKRs).
Requirements
Proven Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience handling complex B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or highly data-driven software architectures (with at least 2 years in a Senior role).
Strong Marketing Domain Expertise: A solid background, prior experience, or education in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Technology (MarTech). You must understand the marketer's mindset, vocabulary, and operational pain points.
Deep Technical Mindset: Strong conceptual understanding of software architecture, system integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automation engines. You don't need to write production code, but you must be able to hold your own in deep technical architectural discussions with engineers.
Agile Leadership: Complete mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to deconstruct ambiguous, qualitative marketing concepts into highly structured, algorithmic product logic.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience building or scaling large-scale MarTech products, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), or campaign management tools.
Strong familiarity with advanced analytics, behavioral tracking, and data warehouse integration.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or an MBA with a technical focus.
