شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly driven Technical Product Manager to work directly with the CEO, CTO, and development team to help shape the future of the platform and move product development forward quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO to understand business goals, customer pain points, and product vision
  • Conduct deep research on competitors, market trends, and product opportunities within dental and healthcare technology
  • Analyze platforms such as dental PMS systems, analytics platforms, eligibility solutions, and communication tools
  • Identify valuable features, prioritize roadmap items, and help define MVP vs future releases
  • Write clear product requirements, feature documentation, workflows, and implementation plans
  • Coordinate closely with developers, designers, and the CTO to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor product development progress and help remove bottlenecks
  • Evaluate technical and operational risks before feature implementation
  • Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to improve the platform
  • Help create scalable product processes for a fast-growing SaaS platform
  • Ensure projects stay aligned with timelines, priorities, and business objectives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management
  • Experience working with SaaS products
  • Strongunderstanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and software development processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to organize complex ideas into clear action plans
  • Startup mentality with ability to move fast and adapt quickly
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Linear, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, EMR/EHR, or PMS-related software
  • Experience working with AI-driven products or automation systems
  • Understanding of analytics/reporting platforms
