شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the agency’s business goals and client objectives
Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior across all major platforms
Generate creative concepts and ideas for promotional and advertising content, ensuring that content stands out within the dental market
Review and analyze competitors’ advertising content to identify gaps and opportunities
Set measurable KPIs, track performance, and deliver insightful reports with a focus on ROI
Stay current with the latest social media technologies, algorithms, content formats, and global best practices
Plan, manage, and oversee the entire content process, including content calendars, collaboration with design/edit teams, and publishing schedules
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all client channels, especially for dental-focused content
Work closely with the internal team to ensure all social media activities support broader marketing objectives

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in social media management with a proven track record of channel growth and audience engagement
Strong presentation and knowledge-sharing skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly
Excellent project management and communication abilities for coordinating with clients and internal teams
Solid understanding of marketing and digital marketing principles, with updated knowledge of global trends
Proficiency with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
Good knowledge of copywriting principles and the ability to develop or guide the creation of platform-appropriate content
Experience in or familiarity with the dental industry is a strong plus
Ability to analyze patient personas and create relevant content for services like Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Implants, etc.
