شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a performance-driven specialist who can take ownership of Google Ads accounts, optimize campaigns proactively, and help clients grow through measurable results. You should be comfortable working with multiple accounts, analyzing performance data, improving campaign efficiency, and scaling successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts across multiple industries and markets
Build, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing, Demand Gen, and Shopping campaigns
Develop and optimize campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce goals
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
Improve conversion rates, lead quality, ROAS, CPA, CPL, and overall campaign efficiency
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
Work with Looker Studio dashboards and reporting templates
Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, search terms, placements, audiences, and ad assets
Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding performance, strategy, and optimization plans
Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns
Stay updated with Google Ads policies, platform changes, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads account management
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns in the United States
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads campaign types, including:
- Search
- Display
- Performance Max
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing
- Demand Gen
- Shopping
Strong experience in lead generation campaigns
Strong experience with Shopping campaigns and eCommerce optimization
Excellent understanding of bidding strategies and budget optimization
Strong ability to optimize campaigns based on CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion volume, and lead quality
Experience with conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
Strong knowledge of Looker Studio for reporting and dashboard analysis
Ability to manage multiple Google Ads accounts at the same time
Experience working with digital marketing agencies is highly preferred
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into clear optimization actions
Familiarity with Google Ads policies and ability to troubleshoot disapprovals, ,
