Our product RankUp (https://RankUp.Hich.Global) is live and gaining traction.
Now it’s time for a complete redesign — from website to app:

We’re dedicating the coming months fully to this rebuild. That’s why we’re looking for a professional, creative, and highly experienced Designer. Someone with both an artistic background and years of hands-on product design experience in real-world environments.
Our unusual hiring process
- We’ll quickly review resumes and portfolios.
- Shortlisted candidates join us for a casual chat — not an interrogation, but an honest conversation to make sure both sides’ basic expectations match.
- Then, only 5 candidates move to a paid design challenge:
- Task: Redesign the homepage of our new product (mobile first + desktop).
- Timeline: 1 week to complete
- Each participant: €50
- The winner: €300
The winning designer joins our team immediately
The role
- Remote only — work from anywhere
- International company, payment in euros
- Budget: €800–€1500/month (depending on skills and evaluation)
- Minimum 6 years of professional product/software design experience
- Must be fully focused on this role (no side jobs or ongoing studies)
- Art-related education = a strong plus
- English communication skills are required
