We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. If you have a strong command of the English language and a passion for creating engaging content, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement, and enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop compelling and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand materials. Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts for maximum reach and engagement. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in social media and design.
Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations. Encourage user-generated content and customer advocacy. Execute a User Generated Content Strategy, collecting video reviews, feedback, and testimonials.
Analytics and Reporting: Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of social and traffic key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis. Provide monthly reports on community development and engagement. Offer insights and recommendations for improving social media performance based on data-driven insights.
Client-Facing: Interacting directly with clients to fulfill their needs and provide excellent service.
Social Advertising: Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns. Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired outcomes within budget. Provide customer service support through direct engagement on social channels.

Qualifications:

Strong command of the English language is essential.
Proven experience in Social Media, content creation, and community engagement.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, design tools, and applications.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
