شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an SEO man who can increase our traffic on Persian and English websites:

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SEO management, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions for websites in competitive industries.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development principles for on-page optimization.
Content Optimization:
- Experience in keyword research, content strategy development, and content optimization for SEO.
- Ability to optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
Link Building:
- Understanding of link building strategies and tactics to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Experience in outreach, relationship building, and content promotion to earn natural backlinks.
Technical SEO:
- Ability to conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, site structure, and site speed.
- Experience in implementing technical SEO recommendations to improve website performance and user experience.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Proficiency in analyzing SEO performance metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Ability to generate actionable insights and reports to track progress, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
Continuous Learning:
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and changes in search engine guidelines.
- Participation in SEO communities, forums, and conferences to exchange knowledge and stay informed about the latest developments.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including content creators, developers, designers, and marketers.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audience behaviors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, address challenges, and adapt strategies based on performance data.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
