شرح موقعیت شغلی

Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Scrum Framework:
- Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean methodologies.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and values.
Team Collaboration:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration within the team.
- Experience in facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, Product Owner, and development team.
Servant Leadership:
- Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to support and empower the team to self-organize and make decisions.
- Ability to remove impediments and barriers that hinder the team's progress.
Conflict Resolution:
- Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques to address issues and disagreements within the team.
- Experience in promoting a positive team environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a focus on refining Agile processes and practices.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team performance.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and KPIs to track team performance and project progress.
- Experience in generating and analyzing Agile metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Tool Proficiency:
- Familiarity with Agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and tracking team progress.
- Ability to leverage Agile tools to enhance transparency, collaboration, and productivity.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
