شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, with the ability to understand and translate user needs into engaging and functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers.
Create and maintain design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Advocate for the end-user in all stages of the design and development process.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a similar industry.
Design Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Research Skills: Strong skills in user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Innovation: Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends and advancements in UX design.
