Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to final onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates.
Design and execute creative strategies to attract top talent and fill key positions.
Build and maintain relationships with talent sources, networking, and expanding the talent pool.
Collaborate with senior management and HR teams to understand hiring needs and ensure the best candidates are selected.
Regularly evaluate and improve recruitment processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to enhance skills and performance.
Analyze recruitment data and provide detailed reports to senior management.
Optimize recruitment tools and platforms to better attract talent.
Review and update recruitment policies to align with new needs and regulations.
Required Skills and Experience
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
Strong understanding of modern recruitment processes and tools.
Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in leading teams and managing talent acquisition projects.
Knowledge of HR laws and hiring regulations.
