شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Vision and Strategy
    Set and drive the technology strategy to align with business goals. Stay updated on tech trends for innovation.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    Build and lead a technology team, promoting innovation and collaboration.
  • Product Development
    Manage product roadmaps and ensure they meet market needs. Collaborate with product management and design.
  • Technical Operations and Infrastructure
    Ensure IT infrastructure stability, security, and scalability. Oversee development and maintenance processes.
  • Innovation and R&D
    Lead innovation efforts and explore new technologies for product development.
  • Budget Management
    Manage the technology budget and make strategic investments for growth.
  • Risk Management and Compliance
    Ensure compliance with regulations and implement security measures.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    Advise executives and communicate technology strategy and progress.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships
    Maintain relationships with partners and explore strategic alliances.
Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (CTO, VP of Engineering, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling technology teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Extensive background in software development, systems architecture, and IT operations.
  • Experience in strategic planning, technology investments, and budget management.
Technical Skills

  • Deep knowledge of cloud computing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, data analytics, and software development methodologies.
  • Proficient in system design and technology stacks relevant to the business.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure supporting millions of users.
Leadership Skills

  • Visionary Leadership: Ability to develop and execute a technology vision aligned with company goals.
  • Team Building: Success in hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing technology teams.
  • Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
