شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us optimize the conversion funnel for our online business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that leverage online user data to help us convert new visitors to leads and then to customers, and for working with big data technologies, top AI frameworks for big data, and various approaches to recommendation engines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models, including various approaches to recommendation engines, that analyze online user behavior and help us identify key conversion opportunities.
Work closely with our data science and engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into our online platform and scale them to handle large volumes of data.
Design and implement big data architectures and frameworks for data processing, storage, and analysis.
Apply your knowledge of GNNs and similar approaches to enhance our recommender system's capabilities.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of machine learning models using appropriate evaluation metrics and testing methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in machine learning, big data, and conversion optimization, and apply this knowledge to our business needs.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields.
Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Keras, and PyTorch.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and evaluation metrics.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with various approaches to recommendation engines.

Nice to Have:

Experience with online marketing and conversion optimization.

Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
