شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Wallex, we are looking for an FP&A Partner to support financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business teams, provide data-driven insights, and help drive informed decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Support annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and periodic financial planning
Analyze financial performance, variances, and key business drivers to provide actionable insights
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance) to support decision-making and resource allocation
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics
Prepare management reports, presentations, and KPIs for senior leadership
Monitor revenue, cost trends, and profitability across business lines
Identify risks and opportunities and support scenario analysis
Improve FP&A processes, reporting quality, and data accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel (Power BI is an advantage)
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management frameworks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
