شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Wallex, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team and lead design initiatives for both consumer-facing products and internal tools. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design process, simplify complex technological challenges, and deliver user-centered solutions that align with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, take strong ownership of your work, and maintain a “ship-it” mindset to move products forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design projects for consumer-facing products and internal tools from ideation to launch.
Create and maintain system design architecture and manage product design kits.
Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design assets.
Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas and solutions through testing and feedback.
Conduct user research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to gain insights into user behavior and needs.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to execute product strategies.
Continuually improve the user experience through feedback, observation, and iteration in a fast-paced startup environment.
Clearly articulate design decisions, advocate for user needs, and think proactively about future improvements.

Job Requirements:

Strong expertise in Figma and working with scalable design systems.
Proven experience leading design initiatives and managing or mentoring designers.
Extensive experience designing complex enterprise panels and dashboards.
Component-first mindset with hands-on experience creating and maintaining design systems.
Strong proficiency with analytics and user behavior tools such as Clarity, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.

What Makes You Stand Out

Solid understanding of common software development practices and workflows.
Experience working with design sprints and agile methodologies.
Experience producing valuable design-related content (e.g., writing, mentoring, facilitating, or speaking).
