We are looking for a highly driven, accountable, and execution-focused Senior Product Manager with a
strong understanding of financial markets, financial products, and core financial concepts. The ideal candidate is a decisive product manager who takes full ownership, turns ambiguity into action, and has a proven track record of delivering meaningful and measurable product success.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Identify valuable customer problems and turn insights into clear, actionable product opportunities.
- Make timely, data-informed decisions and take full responsibility for product outcomes.
- Drive execution with urgency, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business and customer value.
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Compliance.
- Communicate priorities, decisions, trade-offs, and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitor research, particularly in financial markets and fintech.
- Maintain a strong understanding of financial products, market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
- Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, product discovery, team productivity, and delivery speed.
- Identify meaningful opportunities to apply AI to products and customer experiences.
- Lead product launches and continuously improve products using data, experimentation, and customer feedback.

- Excellent decision-making, execution, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, financial products, and fintech.
- Practical AI fluency and the ability to apply AI to real customer and business problems.
- A hands-on, hardworking, and adaptable mindset with a strong bias toward action
