With a vision to become a leading global FinTech enterprise, Wallex is recognized as one of the largest cryptocurrency exchange platforms in Iran, supporting the online trading of over 130 cryptocurrencies.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist (Zeema) to manage case workflows, maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, and support the Business Development team and partner network in driving efficient commercial operations.

Responsibilities:

Receive and manage financing cases referred by Business Development Managers, provincial representatives, and banking partners.
Review legal, financial, and credit documentation for completeness before submission to the Credit team.
Track cases through credit assessment, approval, evaluation, and issuance, and provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Follow up on missing documentation and operational issues with clients, representatives, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date leads, opportunities, and case statuses in the CRM system.
Monitor the sales funnel, identify bottlenecks, and prepare periodic reports on pipeline performance and conversion rates.
Provide operational guidance to applicants, representatives, and bank branches regarding required documents and processes.
Prepare standard agreements, assessment forms, pro forma invoices, and other supporting documents for the Business Development team.
Coordinate meetings, document key action items, and follow up on execution.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Credit Operations, or credit application processing.
Experience in financial institutions, crowdfunding platforms, leasing companies, banks, or FinTech businesses is considered an advantage.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, reporting, and dashboards.
Familiarity with financial and credit documentation, bank guarantees, and financing or crowdfunding concepts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents, numbers, and data.
Strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
