شرح موقعیت شغلی

Pump is an entertainment company building engaging gaming- experiences. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong understanding of player behavior and data-driven product development to shape and scale our products.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous optimization
Identify, define, and prioritize product problems based on gameplay data and player interactions
Design and improve player experiences across core gameplay, onboarding, progression, and reward systems
Own and optimize core gaming KPIs including retention, session frequency, session length, churn, and LTV
Translate insights into data-driven product decisions and scalable solutions
Balance player satisfaction, business goals, and technical constraints
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and growth teams
Define OKRs, write PRDs, and own product roadmaps

Requirements

Strong understanding of player behavior, engagement loops, and progression systems
Solid knowledge of gaming KPIs and gamification mechanics (incentives, achievements, leaderboards)
Solution-oriented mindset beyond feature delivery
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
