شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality of our cryptocurrency platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring systems, identifying edge cases, and improving user experience through precise testing and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and checklists based on product requirements and user stories.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) across web and backend services.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects clearly in issue-tracking systems such as Jira.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile environment.
  • Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing to validate UI consistency and responsiveness.
  • Verify API responses using tools like Postman.
  • Analyze test results, report findings, and suggest process or product improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, bug reports, and release notes.
  • Familiar with Query on Database
  • Experienced in writing testcases with Gherkin


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining test cases and test scenarios using tools like  Zephyr.
  • Experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or other defect tracking and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in the finance or cryptocurrency domain is a plus.
