We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tax & SSO Specialist to manage tax, insurance, and compliance-related operations while ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit tax declarations, reports, and related financial documentation accurately and on time.
Manage and follow up on activities related to tax systems and the Comprehensive Trade System.
Prepare and submit Social Security Organization (SSO) insurance lists and related documentation.
Follow up on insurance-related matters, employee records, and correspondence with the Social Security Organization.
Review and control financial and accounting documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with Finance and HR teams regarding payroll tax, insurance, and compliance-related matters.
Investigate and resolve financial and tax discrepancies while following up on related cases and documentation.
Prepare analytical and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, social security regulations, and internal company policies.
Support audits and provide required documentation and reports when needed.
Maintain organized and confidential financial records with high attention to detail.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation concepts, and financial processes.
Familiarity with tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
Familiarity with Social Security regulations and insurance-related processes.
Experience working with tax systems and the Comprehensive Trade System.
Ability to prepare and review financial and tax reports accurately.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High degree of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
