شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Business Development Specialist, you are the frontline growth engine for Pump’s revenue. Your mission is to take our "Missions" and "Live Streams" to the market and turn them into signed sponsorship deals. You are a "closer" who can identify a potential brand, craft a compelling pitch, and manage the partnership from the first "hello" to the final campaign report.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution & Outreach

Identify and reach out to potential brands, FMCGs, and agencies that align with Pump’s audience.
Conduct high-energy meetings and demos to showcase how "Pump Missions" can solve a brand's marketing challenges.
Manage the entire B2B sales funnel, ensuring no lead goes cold.

2. Campaign Packaging & Operations

Work hands-on to ensure that sponsored missions and live-stream ads are set up correctly within the app.
Create tailored pitch decks and commercial proposals that look professional and hit the brand’s KPIs.
Prepare post-campaign reports for partners to prove ROI and secure contract renewals.

3. Agency & Client Relations

Maintain constant communication with media agencies to ensure Pump is "top of mind" for their upcoming campaigns.
Be the go-to person for existing partners, handling their day-to-day requests and troubleshooting.

4. Market Feedback

Keep an eye on what competitors are doing and report back on market pricing and new advertising trends.

Requirements

2–4 years in Sales, Media Sales, or Business Development (Startup or Ad Agency experience is a big plus).
Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Farsi. You must be able to sell a "vision."
Proficiency in creating clean, data-driven, and visually appealing pitch decks (PowerPoint/Keynote/Canva).
The ability to pivot your pitch depending on whether you're talking to a traditional bank or a trendy snack brand.
