شرح موقعیت شغلی

As the Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnership at Pump, you will be the primary architect of our revenue growth. Your mission is to transform Pump’s innovative gamification ecosystem and high-quality content into high-value commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, package, and commercialize "Pump Missions" as a premium engagement tool for brands to acquire and retain users.
Identify and close deals with strategic, high-value partners (Top-tier brands, FMCGs, Banks, and Tech giants).
Build and maintain a robust network with media and advertising agencies to include Pump in their clients' media plans.
Define and optimize pricing models for missions and sponsorship packages based on market data and ROI analysis.
Lead end-to-end negotiations, from initial outreach to closing commercial contracts and ensuring payment collection.
Translate market needs and partner feedback into actionable product features to enhance our advertising value proposition.

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Media Sales, or Strategic Partnerships (Experience in AdTech, VOD, or Digital Media platforms is highly preferred).
An existing strong network of brand managers and advertising agencies.
A "Founder’s Mindset"—ability to work independently, take full ownership of targets, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Familiarity with gamification, digital advertising trends, and the sports/football media landscape.
