شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you are the engine room of Pump’s growth operations. Your mission is to bridge the gap between data and creativity, managing everything from daily ad performance to community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and monitor daily UA campaigns across paid social (Meta, Google, TikTok) and local ad networks.
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, ensuring they deliver high-impact content for our missions.
Constantly tweak targeting and creative assets to lower CAC while maintaining quality.
Manage and grow our social media presence (Telegram, Instagram, X/Twitter) using our unique tone of voice.
Run continuous tests on App Store screenshots, landing pages, and ad copy to boost install rates.
Implement and track the performance of referral programs and social sharing mechanics within the app.
Set up and deploy Push Notifications, In-app messages, and Emails to bring users back to the app.

Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital/Growth Marketing (App-based startups or gaming preferred).
Comfortable navigating tools like Firebase, Amplitude, Adjust, or Google Analytics.
Ability to write punchy, persuasive, and "cool" copy in both English and Farsi.
