Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The HR Generalist will ensure that HR processes run smoothly, employees have a positive experience, and organizational needs are met in alignment with company culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview coordination).
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.

2.Training & Development

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning opportunities.
Organize training logistics, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.

3. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

Support the performance review process and ensure timely completion.
Help implement employee engagement surveys and action plans.
Assist with recognition programs and culture-building initiatives.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and procedures.
Prepare HR reports for leadership.

5. Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related concerns.
Support conflict resolution processes and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Solid understanding of core HR functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
Analytical mindset and ability to work with HR data and metrics.
Knowledge of employer branding and employee engagement practices.
